This year will be the first year of the new state testing, PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers). This will replace the NECAP (New England Common Assessment Program), testing that students were taking in the fall. PARCC testing will be in the Spring time. The following link provides you with sample problems if you would like to look over the rigorous questions our students will be answering. Fluency is a major part of building a students foundation for mathematics. Students should practice fluency facts everyday. I have linked a great site where students can practice addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
